Here is what I made:

Eek! I'm so excited with how this turned out! I used Hey Cupcake for the cupcake and sentiments. The cupcake circle on the toppers is from Make a Wish. I filled the pink striped Itty Bitty Bags with the cupcake toppers and tied them closed with some twine. Cupcake Kit was stamped on the flag dies.
