 Here is what I made:

I started with the Confetti Stencil and used the Diagonal Card Mat Die to created the background. Then I added a Gnome Die with a balloon from Birthday Add Ons. Then I added a sentiment from the new Everyday Vertical Greetings to a Sentiment Strip Die to finish the card.
