It's time for the Jaded Blossom April Challenge!
Use a Stencil
I created a blue themed card with the Random Hearts Stencil on a Rectangle Die 1. Then I layered the Scallop and Stitched Circles with a sentiment from Birthday in Style. I finished off the card with a few sequins!
