Hey Everyone!
It's my day over at Jaded Blossom and I have a cute Halloween project to share!
I used the Scallop Topper Die for the base and cut some slits to insert the ghost glue stick. Then I stamped the sentiment from Watt's Up and pop dotted it on to the base. Last I added a cute ghost from SVG Cutting Files.
