It's time for the April Jaded Blossom Challenge! This month's theme is
Add a Banner!
I started with the Card Mat Dies and created a background with the Confetti Stencil. Then I layered the gnome from Gnome-alicious Birthday on an Octagon Die. Next I added the cupcake banner from Birthday Banner Dies and stamped a sentiment to a Mini Tag Die 3. I finished off the card with a few sequins.
