I created a fun decor piece with a mini frame. First I made the background with the Spiderweb Stencil. Then I pop dotted the witch from Brewing with my Gnomies. I cut out the cauldron and pop dotted it a little further. 

Then I added the bats, skull and bones from Halloween Banners. Last I added a sentiment to a Label Shape Die 2.
