Puff Up and Blow Out the Candles!

Hey Everyone!

It's my day over at Jaded Blossom and I have a card using this month's spotlight set!

I used the Card Mat Dies with some bubble paper and stamped the Puffer Fish on a smaller square. I created a layer with a Stitched Square Die. Last I added a sentiment to a Mini Tag Dies 3 and a few sprinkles.
