I used the new Party Splatter on a Card Mat Die and a sentiment from So Many Birthdays 2.  Then I added it to the Lollipop Die.

Here's what I created

I used the new Party Splatter on a Card Mat Die and a sentiment from So Many Birthdays 2.  Then I added it to the Lollipop Die.

I added a face to the present die and pop dotted it to the mat.
