Hello and Welcome to the Save the Animals Charity Blog Hop!
If you're here from Annie then you're in the right place. If not then you will want to start at the beginning HERE
This Blog Hop will work a little differently than our past ones. We give free SVGs all the time, and this time, we are asking YOU to give back to the Animals by donating to our fundraising campaign "Save the Animals". By donating, you can earn exclusive SVGs. Here is a look at the donation levels. And as a BONUS since your donation is going to a charity, its a tax write off!! So keep your receipt!
Here is an example of the donation screen.. When donating, please make sure to include your email address under "personal note" so that we can send you the SVGs that pertain to your donation level (it will not be published on the website)

Each person in this hop picked one animal to represent today. My family recently adopted a puppy who was rescued along with her 4 siblings. We were told that they were saved from Death Row.... So I had to chose this ad.
So here are just a few facts on Rescue Dogs
- They are not all timid and not all have been abused
-You CAN get a rescue dog that is a purebred
- Rescue dogs don't all have behavioral issues

One more picture to share with you before my project-
Here's my puppy Lola!
Now on to my project..
I made some fun tube holders! I added a sentiment from Puppy Love to the middle one and used Candy Charms, Puppy Love and Kitty Kitty for the candies and top of tubes.
Of course I had to fill 2 of the tubes with treats for a puppy!
And here's a close up of the adorable puppy and candy treats!
Recipe
Jaded Blossom- Puppy Love, Mini Tag Dies, Candy Charms and Banner Dies, Kitty Kitty, 6" Tubes
SVG Cutting Files- German Shepherd, Dog Bone Random Tube Holder, Dog Bone Tube Holder,
Trendy Twine- Totally White

ReplyDeleteAww congrats on your new member of the family!!! 8 years ago my hubby and I adopted (my little handsome guy I like to call him that) Brownie. I'm so happy we did that. He is like the son I'll never be able to have. You creations all turned out so cute. Perfect for man and his best friend.

ReplyDeleteHow moving is that poster? All Humane Society's should post this sign at their locations and around town. I am unable to own a dog due to Association rules but the moment that changes off to the Humane Society I go.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your new family member. We too have rescued two dogs from death's door. One because he had a cherry eye and they figured no one would want him. And the other because he'd simply been in the pound too long. Both have been delightful additions to our family...
ReplyDeleteYour treat holders are SO SUPER CUTE! Not to mention your Lola too! That add is scary and I hope it helps to bring more people to adopt.

ReplyDeleteI need to make these! We adopted a rescued Racing Greyhound and he is just a joy in our family's life.
ReplyDeleteGreat project. We had a rescue dog... Only had him for 10 days and 7 of those days were spent in the vet with parvo... Don't get me wrong rescuing is amazing but when you've ended up with a 1200 vet bill that you have to pay you think twice. Our second pet we paid $20 for because the person was saying they were going to the pound.
ReplyDeleteCute puppy
